Class sizes are VERY SMALL. 1 to 2 kids per instructor.
Basic knowledge of molecular gastronomy. JUST KIDDING! Virtually no kitchen experience necessary. But all skill levels are welcome.
Should have basic kitchen knowledge - we will be making sauces and doughs from scratch and using sharp knives. However, if your child is a beginner and you can only do the intermediate week, no worries. Classes are so small, we cater to the individual child.
All classes include lots and lots of cooking and eating. Usually at least one snack in the morning and a few things afterwards for lunch. We simply eat as we go. And usually there is food to take home at the end of the day.
